Daniela Strongoli
Born in Canada, graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance and from the Imperial Society Teachers of Dancing of London and Federazione Italiana Fitness (Italian Fitness Federation), she is a Ballet, Modern and Tap teacher and Choreographer.
Examiner for the Modern Dance Academy and member of the Vancliffen Arts Foundation of Canada.
She starts her studies with teachers from the Opera House of Dance and the National Academy of Ballet of Rome, and from the Royal Academy of Dance. She deepens her studies through several workshops and improver courses, both in Italy and abroad; with Michelle Ellis, Flavio Bennati, Mauro Mosconi, Mauro Astolfi, Roberto Salaorni, Steve La Chance, Bill Goodson, Franco Miseria, Brian, Stefano Forti, Marco Garofalo, André De La Roche, and many more.
Always attentive to the evolution of dance didactic, she continues her training taking part in many seminars and dance and music courses with the R.A.D., with the I.S.T.D, with the M.D.A., with the Associate Board of the Royal School of Music and with the Accademia dei popoli del mondo (Associate Board of the People of the World – affiliated to the Unesco for the learning of Vaganova method in ballet).
She constantly attends refresher courses, workshops, and conventions in Italy, England, Russia, Canada and in the United States.
She has taken part in many shows, both as a dancer and as a choreographer.
In 1998 she establishes and then direct D.E.A DIMENSION (Dance Entertainment and Art), Ballet, Modern and Tap school, and realized many musicals and shows for it, performed in some of the major Theatres; such as Teatro Brancaccio, Teatro Olimpico, Auditorium Parco della Musica, Teatro Argentina, Teatro Ariston in Sanremo, Teatro Tivoli in Barcellona, Royal Albert Hall in London, Teatro Videopolis in Disneyland - Paris.
Many national and international competition won in Italy and aboard. Several partecipation to the "International Dance Grand Prix" in Prague and Barcellona with all first prisez.
Selected as the fist Italian school to take part at the international event "Dance Proms" at the Royal Albert Hall in London with the choreography "Genesh" and for Disneyland in Paris as guest dancers for two different shows;
"Omaggio al Circle du Soleil" and " Tribute to Aladdin".
Chosen by the Royal Academy of Dance as one of the three Italian teachers that had to test the new Repertoire syllabus, before the worldwide publication.
Artistic Director of "SUMMER DANCE IN ROME", (international dance camp) with important collaboration such as: Jacqui Young ( Artistic Director and Choreographer of the "PUSH DANCE FACTOR" of New York City), Walter Jalbert, Penelope Whiting, Cinzia Cortejosa, Ludovic Party, Jordan Clark ( winner of the 4th edition of “ So you think you can dance ” Cananda ), Terence Etheridge, Andre’ De la Roche, Tessa Adriani, Alex Atzewi.
Choreographer for the Musical "Per sempre Divino Amore" created in collaboration with the City hall of Rome and for the theater company "I GABBIANI" and "MAX COMPANY" of Rome.
Dance Teacher for Dance classes in English language for the international school "BENEDETTO XV" of Rome.
Many collaboration with pubblic schools with Dance, Musical, Rhythm projects for children.
